Este un echilibru \u00eentre texturi, arome \u0219i tradi\u021bie. \u0218i tradi\u021bia \u00eencepe \u00eentotdeauna cu ingredientul de calitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Carnea \u2013 sufletul burgerului<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Am ales o combina\u021bie din <strong>pulp\u0103 de vit\u0103 tocat\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>carne de porc tocat\u0103<\/strong> de la Mesenii T\u0103i. Carnea lor are acel gust autentic de gospod\u0103rie montan\u0103, de animale crescute cu grij\u0103, iar asta schimb\u0103 totul \u00een farfurie. Am fr\u0103m\u00e2ntat-o doar cu sare, piper \u0219i un strop de conanic \u2014 condimentul acela simplu, dar cu personalitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chifla, rumenit\u0103 u\u0219or pe plit\u0103, a primit un strat sub\u021bire de iaurt amestecat cu maionez\u0103, c\u00e2t s\u0103 lege totul f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eencarce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Arome care se completeaz\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe chifl\u0103 am a\u0219ezat un pat de <strong>salat\u0103 verde<\/strong> \u0219i c\u00e2teva felii sub\u021biri de <strong>ceap\u0103 ro\u0219ie<\/strong> pentru prospe\u021bime. Apoi a venit piesa de rezisten\u021b\u0103: chifteaua suculent\u0103, pr\u0103jit\u0103 c\u00e2t s\u0103 p\u0103streze tot sucul \u00een interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deasupra am pus c\u00e2teva buc\u0103\u021bi de <strong>gorgonzola<\/strong>, care se tope\u0219te frumos \u0219i aduce o not\u0103 cremoas\u0103, perfect\u0103 l\u00e2ng\u0103 carnea fraged\u0103.<br>Iar ca surpriz\u0103 dulce-s\u0103rat\u0103, am ad\u0103ugat o linguri\u021b\u0103 din <strong>dulcea\u021ba de \u021belin\u0103 cu morcov \u0219i stafide<\/strong> \u2013 un preparat cum rar g\u0103se\u0219ti, f\u0103cut tot de Mesenii T\u0103i. Ridic\u0103 burgerul la nivelul de \u201ctrebuie s\u0103 gu\u0219ti ca s\u0103 crezi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Finalul crocant<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La final, am ad\u0103ugat c\u00e2\u021biva <strong>castrave\u021bi mura\u021bi<\/strong>, felii sub\u021biri, \u0219i un praf de <strong>semin\u021be de dovleac<\/strong> pentru textura aceea nea\u0219teptat\u0103 care te face s\u0103 mu\u0219ti din nou \u0219i din nou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Un burger f\u0103cut cu ingrediente obi\u0219nuite e bun. Dar un burger f\u0103cut cu produse montane, din zon\u0103, cu gustul acela vechi \u0219i curat, este ceva complet diferit. De aceea aleg <strong>La Mesenii T\u0103i<\/strong> de fiecare dat\u0103: pentru calitate, pentru poveste \u0219i pentru c\u0103 \u0219tiu c\u0103 fiecare ingredient vine din m\u00e2ini care pun suflet \u00een ceea ce fac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 ajunge\u021bi prin Cetate, v\u0103 a\u0219tept s\u0103-l gusta\u021bi.<br>P\u00e2n\u0103 atunci\u2026 g\u0103ti\u021bi cu inim\u0103 \u0219i alege\u021bi produse bune.
